The Role

We’re supporting a well‑respected global seed business in their search for a Regional Sales Representative to support and develop commercial activity across an assigned territory in Poland. This is a varied role combining field based sales activity, customer relationship management, marketing support, and sales administration within the agricultural sector.

Working closely with senior commercial leadership, the successful candidate will help drive revenue growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and support the execution of local sales and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers, distributors, and key stakeholders

• Support the delivery of regional sales targets and identify new commercial opportunities

• Assist with customer visits, presentations, trials, and field demonstrations

• Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and support

• Participate in trade shows, customer events, and regional marketing activities

• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives

• Gather and share market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights

• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams and external agencies as required

• Maintain accurate customer records and support sales administration processes

The Candidate

• Degree qualified in Agriculture, Commercial Sciences, Marketing, or a related discipline

• 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural sales, field support, or marketing roles

• Background in seeds, crop protection, agro inputs, or arable cropping systems preferred

• Strong understanding of crop production practices (sugar beet or arable crops advantageous)

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and support sales strategy

• Analytical approach with the ability to interpret sales data and market information

• Comfortable with regular travel across the region and holding a valid driving licence

• Fluent in Polish with professional working proficiency in English

• Proactive, organised, and able to operate effectively both independently and as part of a wider team
