Engagement Executive – Worcester/Hybrid
Reference: G538
Worcester/Hybrid
At De Lacy Executive, our vision of recruitment is that it isn’t a one-off transaction where people are treated like commodities. We take a long-term view, recognising that a career can span 50 years, and that what people really need is support at key moments – when their current role no longer fits and they’re ready for a change.
What we’re most proud of is that, over our 25 years in business, we’ve supported individuals through multiple stages of their careers – from securing their first role to being there when they’re ready to take the next step.
This exciting new role is the embodiment of that approach.
The Role
Fundamentally, the Engagement Executive position is about looking after people. It’s important to remember that we’re dealing with people’s livelihoods – whether they’re coming to us for help with their first job, looking to step up into a bigger role, or, in less happy circumstances, facing redundancy.
At its core, the role is about listening, understanding, and offering honest advice. You’ll onboard new registrations and build relationships across our network of agricultural professionals, keeping in touch and guiding them towards the right opportunities at the right time.
A key part of the role is making sure no one falls through the cracks. Strong candidates won’t always secure a role first time, and sometimes the right opportunity just isn’t there yet. It’s about staying connected, continuing to support them, and being ready when the timing is right.
Ultimately, this is a relationship-led role focused on providing consistent, long-term support to our network.
