We're looking for an Agricultural Area Sales Manager to join a highly respected, long-established agricultural cooperative, taking ownership of a well-established territory across the Cheltenham and Cotswolds region.

This is a genuine field-based role where relationships come first. You'll work alongside mixed and arable farmers, helping them improve performance, maximise opportunities and access the products and support they need to succeed.

Get off the road, onto the farm

This isn't a role spent sitting in meetings or updating spreadsheets.

It's about being out with customers, understanding their businesses, building trust and becoming the adviser they turn to when important decisions need to be made.

You'll have the freedom to manage your territory, develop opportunities and make a real impact with a business that values long-term relationships over short-term sales.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and developing an established customer base across your territory.

• Building strong relationships with mixed and arable farmers.

• Providing practical advice on products and farm performance solutions.

• Identifying and converting new business opportunities.

• Growing market share while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Representing a trusted agricultural brand within the local farming community.

About You

You'll already have experience selling into the agricultural sector and understand how successful relationships are built within UK farming.

You know credibility matters more than a sales pitch.

You'll be confident discussing farming businesses, identifying opportunities and building relationships that stand the test of time.

Experience within the Midlands, Gloucestershire, Cotswolds or surrounding agricultural communities would be advantageous, but above all we're looking for someone who understands farmers and enjoys helping them succeed.
