As a Poultry Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the success of the rearing operation, taking ownership of flock performance, welfare, and day-to-day site management. Working with new modern technology and industry-leading practices, you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact while developing your career within a progressive and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
• Rearing pullets through to point of lay
• Monitoring flock health, welfare, and performance
• Conducting daily bird checks and welfare assessments
• Maintaining exceptional biosecurity, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Completing records, audits, and performance reporting
• Supporting continuous improvement across a modern, high-performing rearing enterprise
What We're Looking For
• Poultry industry experience
• Strong husbandry and flock management knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent practical experience
