De Lacy Executive welcomes Lisa Williams as Associate Director

We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Williams, who joins De Lacy Executive as Associate Director.

Lisa’s arrival marks a significant step in strengthening our senior appointments offering, further reinforcing our position across agrifood and the wider supply chain. As demand for experienced leadership continues to grow within the sector, her expertise will play an important role in supporting clients with key strategic hires.

With more than 30 years’ experience in agribusiness, including 15 years in senior leadership positions, Lisa brings a deep understanding of the industry and the challenges facing businesses today. Her career has spanned a broad range of organisations and functions, giving her a well-rounded perspective on leadership requirements across the sector.

She is exceptionally well connected within the senior leadership community, having built long-standing relationships with decision-makers, board members and executives over many years. This network, combined with her strong commercial insight, enables her to deliver a thoughtful and consultative approach to senior appointments.

Importantly, Lisa also offers valuable insight from both sides of the recruitment process. Alongside her experience of building and leading her own teams, she has first-hand understanding of candidate expectations at senior level and what defines a successful recruitment process. This perspective allows her to add genuine value to both clients and candidates, ensuring appointments are not only technically strong, but also aligned culturally and strategically.

Lisa will focus on further developing our senior appointments capability, working closely with clients across agrifood, agriculture and the wider supply chain to identify and secure high-calibre leadership talent.
