A grower-owned fruit and vegetable producing co-operative formed in 1998, Speciality Produce Limited has members in Lincolnshire, Kent, and Herefordshire. With eleven members currently, Speciality Produce primarily supplies the retail, food service, and food processing sectors, with a smaller proportion of produce being sold to restaurants and wholesalers. Members of Speciality Produce range from small specialised producers to larger growers that produce a variety of fruits and vegetables.

Speciality Produce has developed greatly over twelve years of existence, including turnover of just under 800%, and approximately £40 million. The company specialises in extended season produce, multi-leaf salads, speciality herbs, and strawberry production, while distributing to customers across the UK. Speciality Produce supplies members with central resources such as services and capital equipment to assist them in producing the high quality fruit and vegetables that customers have come to know from the company.
