This arable and amenity contract business are seeking a skilled operator to join their team.

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who already has practical arable or amenity experience under their belt and therefore, the confidence and ability to work on their own initiative.

This progressive, family run business are proud of the experienced team they have built, not to mention their state-of-the-art machinery fleet.

The successful candidate will benefit from a housing allowance and a salary that reflects their skillset and experience.

What you will have:

• Full UK driving licence
• Previous arable or amenity experience
• Willing to get involved in a variety of tasks
• Ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative
