As an Agricultural Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of a fast-growing brand, combining agronomic insight with commercial drive. You’ll work both remotely and on-farm, building trusted relationships and delivering tailored solutions that boost soil fertility and crop performance.
This is more than a technical role, it’s a chance to grow a territory, drive revenue, and become a key player in a business that’s transforming UK agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with farmers and agronomists
• Drive new business by promoting the proven benefits of bio-stimulants
• Use your agronomic expertise to deliver value-led recommendations
• Stay ahead of market trends, product developments, and research
• Confidently present solutions that integrate bio-stimulants into crop management systems
Desired Skillset Includes:
- BASIS or FACTS-qualified with strong knowledge of soil science and crop production
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a hunger to grow sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience or interest in bio-stimulants and sustainable agriculture
