The Appointment of Grace Nugent as Managing Director of De Lacy Executive Recruitment
The board of De Lacy Executive Recruitment is pleased to announce the appointment of Grace Nugent as Managing Director. Grace first joined De Lacy Executive in 2011, and she will be the third Managing Director of De Lacy Executive Recruitment in its 24-year history, following founder John Davies and Managing Director Stuart Goodinson.
Founder John Davies mentored Grace’s early career, and as her career flourished she was able to continue her development and learning while working closely with Stuart. Grace is passionate about ensuring that excellence will continue to be the hallmark of the De Lacy Executive Recruitment brand. “I love the challenge of finding the right role for people – for making a meaningful impact on their lives, whilst at the same time meeting a critical business need for our clients.” says Grace.
Stuart Goodinson assumed the Managing Director role after founder John Davies retired. “We thank Stuart for guiding De Lacy forward over the past seven years” says Graham Dyer, Chairperson of De Lacy Executive Recruitment.
“From Brexit to Covid and the impact to our industry from the war in Ukraine, these have been interesting times for Stuart to be leading De Lacy. We thank Stuart for his dedication and stewardship as MD.” During Stuart’s leadership, De Lacy has expanded into North America with a recruiting team of 18 people servicing clients in Canada and the USA, concluded Dyer. “We wish Stuart the best in his next steps.”
