The first product manufactured by the company was the Slurry Pump Agitators, which helped the business grow substantially. The second hit product developed by the company was the Folding Ring Rollers which yielded a very favourable response and led to the Furrow Press, which was another popular product for the company.

Cross Agricultural Engineering has become known for its beet washers, winning several awards for them. Today, the company sells beet equipment to countries around the world, and is a leader in the beet machinery market.
