Coles Nurseries

Established in 1913, Coles Nurseries has become the largest grower of shrubs and trees in the UK. Located in the East Midlands, Coles Nurseries provides shrubs and trees for the commercial and amenity markets. Coles Nurseries has seven production sites with over 500 acres providing the company with over 2.4 million shrubs and 1.2 million trees. Coles Nurseries provides a variety of consumers with top quality products, including local authorities, garden designers, landscapers and wholesale nurseries.

Clients use Coles Nurseries products for projects extending from private individual landscaping and show gardens to Business Park and housing developments. Coles Nurseries has a very experienced staff with over 50% of its more than 100 staff members being with the company for over ten years, with several being with the company for much longer. Coles Nurseries also offers a National Plant Specification course in which individuals enrolled will learn how to obtain quotes from suppliers, plan planting numbers and densities, estimate costs and reject undersized stock. This course will also provide understanding of the Coles Nurseries stock production process.
