Anglia Farmers

The UK's largest agricultural purchasing group, Anglia Farmers purchases approximately 10% of the total farm inputs of the UK. Anglia Farmers does this on behalf of 3,500 shareholder members. With over 50 years of heritage, Anglia Farmers has become a leader in the agricultural industry, with a growing £250 million turnover. The company formed in 2003 with the merger of Mid Norfolk Farmers and Loddon Farmers. Anglia Farmers employs a team of 150 employees dedicated to providing support procurement and administrative support to keep up-to-date with the latest in the market.

Anglia Farmers sources 200,000 tonnes of fertiliser, 14,000 tonnes of pulse and cereal seeds, and 80 million litres of fuel. The company also sources approximately 10% of UK's agrochem spend, 105,000 mt of feed and around £219 million worth of tires, and £8 million of building materials, all while managing 5,000 fixed lines, 6,700 electricity sites and 14,000 mobile phone contracts.
