Graham  Dyer

Graham Dyer (Executive Chairman)

Graham Dyer is the Executive Chairman of De Lacy Executive Ltd and President and CEO of Farms.com the Canadian parent group of companies.

Graham Dyer has broad business and consulting experience in the financial, new economy, food and agricultural sectors.

Graham excels in business planning, financial consulting, refining business processes, and converting ideas into reality. He has assisted numerous companies in strategic development, business planning, and raising equity financing. Graham is passionate about the development of new projects and experimenting with these projects to find the most profitable and efficient system.

Graham has strong business education with a degree in agriculture business, a Masters in Business Administration and several accountant designations. Graham has a wide range of business management experience, from strategic business planning, to turning around a viable company, or assisting a company expand into new markets. Graham recognizes that in today's new ag economy building partnerships and strategic alliances is the key to success.

Stuart Goodinson

Stuart Goodinson (Managing Director)

Stuart Goodinson has joined De Lacy Executive as its new Managing Director

Stuart has over 30 years' experience in the agricultural supply industry. After studying at Seale Hayne, and a period in arable product sales and sales management he joined Technicrop where he had responsibility for business development, trading teams and laboratory analysis. For the last six years he has been Country Manager for Lallemand Animal Nutrition in the UK, Ireland and South Africa.

Amanda Latham

Amanda Latham (Recruitment Consultant - Agricultural Machinery, Equipment, Equestrian and Renewable Energy)

Amanda joined De Lacy Executive in 2011 and manages our recruitment service in the following sectors:
Agricultural Machinery,
Equipment,
Recycling and Renewable Energy,
Equestrian and Country Sports through the newly launched De Lacy Equestrian executive recruitment service

Brought up in rural Worcestershire Amanda is an experienced business coordinator with a solid background in both the Public and Private Sectors. She has worked for English Nature and in her career she has honed her recruitment skills in a variety of management, customer service and technical roles.

Amanda is an active horse owner and knowledgeable Equestrian.

Grace Nugent

Grace Nugent (Livestock team Manager - all species, nutrition, genetics and animal health, Farm Management)

Grace joined the De Lacy Executive team in 2011. She has responsibility for the Livestock recruitment team and Farm Management recruitment. additionally she plays a leading role in graduate recruitment and career advice and is an approved Bright Crop Ambassador.

Grace is a farmer's daughter. The home farm is a mixed arable and sheep farm in Worcestershire in which she takes a very practical interest. She has worked in New Zealand where she was in charge of running two stations for eight months.

She graduated in 2008 with a degree in Agricultural Business Management.

She thoroughly enjoys travelling, reading,the rural way of life and young farmers!

Sarah  Milburn

Sarah Milburn (Arable, Fruit and Fresh Produce Team Manager)

Sarah leads our recruitment in the Arable, Fruit, Fresh Produce and Horticulture sectors.

Sarah is an Honours graduate in Food and Consumer Studies from Harper Adams and brings valuable experience from her years employed in business in the Arable and Seed sector prior to joining De Lacy in 2014.

She was brought up on a mixed livestock and arable farm in Northumberland managed by her father and brother.


Harriet Smith

Harriet Smith (Recruitment Consultant - Specialist in Poultry - nutrition, genetics, animal health, Farm Management)

Harriet joined De Lacy in July 2015 as an assistant recruitment consultant. She has responsibility for our database and recruits primarily in the poultry sector.

Harriet is an Honours graduate in Agriculture with Livestock Production from The Royal Agricultural University.

She was brought up on a dairy farm in Gloucestershire run by her father.

Harriet is an avid country sport enthusiast and keen equestrian.
She also enjoys music and is an active member of YFC.

Laura  Edwards

Laura Edwards (Recruitment Consultant - Arable, Fruit and Fresh Produce)

Laura joined the De Lacy Executive team in September 2016 as a recruitment consultant in our
Arable Team.

Laura is an Honours Graduate in Rural Resource Management from the University of Reading and brings a wealth of relevant business experience to the team.

Brought up in rural Shropshire, she is a keen sports enthusiast and plays in her local volleyball team. She also enjoys travelling and senior Young Farmer events.

Catherine Edwards

Catherine Edwards (Search Specialist - All Sectors)

Catherine, a farmers' daughter from Worcestershire, joined De Lacy Executive in 2013 and has a wealth of experience within the agricultural sector. She graduated with honours in Agriculture with Land and Farm Management from Harper Adams University College.

Catherine has proven experience in the agricultural supply sector, with First Milk, as an Area Manager and later as Assistant to the Company Secretary, and also with a local firm of Auctioneers.

She enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her 4 boys.

Catherine works part time, Monday - Wednesday.

John Davies

John Davies (Managing Consultant)

John is a Director of Davies and Beckett Ltd, an agribusiness management consultancy and advises De Lacy Executive on UK Agriculture and recruitment matters.

John founded De Lacy Executive in 2000 after a career in agriculture which started as a student studying Agriculture at Harper Adams. From there he moved into a role as an agricultural college lecturer in Scotland before entering the feed manufacturing sector as an animal nutritionist. From this technical start his career developed in a commercial direction and included international technical sales experience in Europe and the Middle East for additives and equipment businesses. Finally he held the role of General Manager of the agricultural division of a large farming business in the midlands where he led a production, sales and technical team involved in grain buying and storage, seed processing, feed manufacture, crop protection and fertiliser sales.

He is one generation removed from a long line of dairy farmers in Glamorganshire. His major relaxation is in challenging hill walking exploits and the preparation for them.

Caroline Jones

Caroline is De Lacy's Office Coordinator responsible for reception, accounts, database, event planning, social media and general enquiries.

Joanne Howells

Joanne Howells (Accounts/HR Consultant)

Jo Howells is a Director of Davies and Beckett Ltd, an agri-business management consultancy, and advises De Lacy Executive on HR, accounts and administrative procedures.

She is an arable and pig farmer's daughter from Shropshire and a qualified accountant.

She brings a wealth of experience to the rural sector from education and charity sectors as well as from private accountancy practice dealing with large and small businesses.
