Territory Sales Manager- Crop Nutrition South England - LH450

On behalf of an industry leading crop nutrition business, I am looking for someone to join their experienced team spanning the UK as a result of expansion. The successful person will work closely with the Sales Manager in the area to drive growth across Wiltshire, Hampshire, Berkshire and South Wales. 

This is a business who have made a name for themselves in providing highly technical, innovative and top quality  products shaping the future of the crop nutrition sector. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing a business development plan.

• Building and growing relationships with key contacts to include distributors and merchants.

• Providing exceptional technical advice and solutions to customers, merchants and distributors.

• Representing the business at industry events to include conferences.

 

To be considered, you will need:

• A prior background working in arable input sales or related spheres and strong practical background in the arable sector, including a working knowledge of crop nutrition. 

• Ideally FACTS, although they would consider someone who is willing to work towards this and has the technical capability to get up to speed fairly quickly. 

• Commercial acumen, the resilience to deal with the challenges of a role in sales.

• Strong communication and relationship building skills.

• A full UK driving license.

 

In relation to remuneration, the successful person will receive an attractive package in line with your experience which includes a generous bonus/commission structure.
