International Sales Development Manager- Fertiliser - LH404

This role would be the ideal position for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for international travel, as International Sales Development Manager you would be responsible for not only managing UK sales but also allocated a range of international markets to develop.

This is a UK owned business with an impressive range of products and a reputation to match who are already supplying over 28 countries. They manufacture and design products to include fertiliser for the amenity market, as well as manufacturing their range of products they also offer a bespoke service to clients.

They have great their technical expertise and commitment to investing in technology, their dedicated research and development team are working tirelessly to keep ahead of the curve in innovation keeping sustainability at the heart of this.

You would be joining a highly successful business with big ambitions! They are looking to expand their team, investing in the right people to take the business to new heights. There are limitless opportunities for a tenacious Sales Manager to flourish, having invested heavily in top quality products and ensuring they have the manufacturing capacity to meet increase demand.

What will the successful person look like?

  • Tenacious, you will be a salesperson through and through- someone who thrives on chasing new business but equally values existing customers.
  • Someone who enjoys travel, this role will provide ample opportunity for international travel to all corners of the earth!
  • A fundamental understanding of agronomy, in particular growth of grass and a desire to take on substantial technical product training. You will be someone with experience selling fertiliser or related products. Amenity experience is advantageous but not essential. 


Remuneration will reflect prior experience and incorporate a company vehicle/ car allowance and an accelerated bonus scheme.
