This long established family business are embarking on an exciting new phase in their history! After investing significantly in their operations, supply chain and product development they are now ready to take on a National Sales Manager to head up their agricultural product range. With a diverse product portfolio spanning equine, poultry, ruminant and energy, they have a proven track record and excellent reputation in their respective industries for providing top quality products.
They already have a strong customer base in place, but now is the time to take on someone who can not only manage the existing business but also with a flair for business development to take their business to the next level. This is chance for you to have a distinct impact on the growth of a UK owned and operated business!
What do I need to be considered?
You will have a strong sales background in either ruminant or poultry related products and want to take on the challenge of being at the forefront of growing a business. As an instrumental senior figure within a small and highly ambitious management team you will be provided with ample opportunity to progress with the aim of building a team underneath you, whilst being directly involved with organisational strategy, business objectives and commercial growth therefore you do need an excellent commercial awareness, the resilience needed to deal with the challenges of business growth and a head for figures!
In relation to remuneration, the successful person will receive an attractive package in line with your experience.
