Are you the top class Sales Manager my client is looking for?
I am looking for an experienced, technically sound Ruminant Sales Manager to join a farmer- controlled leading animal feed business who have been operating for half a century. With an enviable reputation, strong balance sheet and a farmer focused outlook this is an excellent business to join.
This company has a strong heritage with a reputation to match but they are always looking to evolve and develop manufacturing top quality products supplying the ruminant, pet and equine sectors.
The sky is the limit with this role if you are a driven and highly commercially focused person who has a passion for ruminant feed. There is a substantial amount of existing business already across the UK, it is important that you are someone who sees the value in long term relationships whilst also having the drive to chase new business and grow your department. This could be particularly suitable for a Sales Manager looking for that next career step as there is ample room for you to grow this area of the business whilst growing your career.
An attractive salary package is on offer to include strong bonus scheme and fully expensed company vehicle.
As a Ruminant Nutrition Sales Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Developing B2B and B2C relationships.
• Offering nutritional and product support advice both on farm and over the phone.
• Developing new business across the livestock sector.
• Attending industry shows and events, representing the business.
You will need:
• A strong understanding of ruminant nutrition- this could be from university, practical or from a sales role.
• Experience in on farm sales.
