Arable Research Assistant/Trials Officer- East of England - LC041
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and successful family business based in the East of England. This position provides a unique, exciting and challenging job role where a candidate can be involved in a vast array of research projects at a world class research centre.
This role will involve field, glasshouse and laboratory work so previous professional experience in these areas is essential. This position would be the ideal opportunity where someone has had experience in short term field trials contracts and is now looking for a full time, permanent research position. This position would not be suitable for a trainee or recent graduate without prior experience.
- Must have experience using ARM Software
- Good Agricultural knowledge, particularly in the arable sector.
- A BSc in Agriculture or other relevant qualification would be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, driven personality.
- Team player
- PA Certificates would be a distinct advantage.
- Prior research experience is an essential requirement.
