Agronomist based in Scotland - LC016

De Lacy Executive has been engaged by a leading independent company to recruit an Agronomist based in Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and successful business, supplying essential farm inputs to farmers throughout Scotland and the Borders.

The successful candidate will initiate strong relationships with customers and have a passion for precision farming techniques. Ideally having experience dealing with farmers providing crop protection guidance, Nutrient management as well as providing appropriate advice. As well as being able to both develop new accounts, developing the business and providing the support to retain existing accounts.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in sales /as an agronomist in the given territory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A confident and determined manner to succeed in a commercial role.
• A flexible approach to work and changing workloads.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Computer literacy for the use of Microsoft Office.

Remuneration: a competitive salary will be offered dependent on experience
