De Lacy Executive's client is a leading agricultural, food and rural PR and marketing consultancy, working specifically with a very diverse and growing portfolio of high profile clients in a broad range of sectors.
Our client seeks an Account Director to join their dynamic office based team who will head up and provide direction to clients and continuing development of their customer relationships through a variety of media. The ideal candidate will directly lead a small team and will become part of the senior management team.
These are front facing client roles and successful candidates will be competent at anticipating, planning and implementing campaigns. Confident in delegating appropriate activity and the execution of results driven tactics, be it editorial, social and digital media, events or robust marketing materials, you must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.
This is a 12-month position where for the right candidate there could be further opportunities within the business.
- Experience in communications and an in-depth knowledge of the marketing matrix.
- Strong management, leadership and communication skills.
- Customer focused philosophy.
- A high standard of verbal and written English.
- Ability to work competently to deadlines.
- IT literate.
- A high level of numeracy skills.
- An understanding of agricultural, food and/or the rural sector would be advantageous but not essential.
- Able to travel away from the office occasionally.
- UK valid UK licence.
Remuneration: A competitive salary is offered depending on experience.
