The successful candidate be required to create a strong team atmosphere, motivating and supporting the team throughout different projects. They will also be practical with a background of agricultural machinery and construction equipment, with an empathy for rural and landscape preservation and the environment.

- Mechanically minded with attention to detail

- Ability to plan, liaise with the business owner and prioritise workload
