This progressive, family farm are seeking someone who is ambitious and ready to grasp this career progression opportunity with both hands.

Already operating a large dairy herd, my client is in the process of building a larger team with the skillset required to support their dairy operation as it continues to expand. In addition to staff, they are also investing in upgrades to their parlour system.

In this role you will oversee the day to day management of the herd and manage a small team of farm workers.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is driven, able to act on their own initiative and willing to learn new skills. To be considered for this job, you must have prior experience working in dairy farming.

• Passion for the dairy sector
• Communication skills required to supervise staff
• Competent operating basic machinery
• Prior experience in dairy farming
• Desire to learn and progress
• Full UK driving license
