An excellent career opportunity is now available for an individual who is passionate about increasing production and profitability on farms through ruminant feed sales.
Our client is a highly respected, financially secure company, who is involved is several successful agricultural sectors.
The right candidate will be required to work on farms giving nutritional advise to farmers whilst promoting our clients reputable brand of feed products.
Ideally our client is looking for the right candidate to be Midlands or South Wales based and to be prepared to cover this territory.
Knowledge and experience of the feed industry is essential to this role.
This unique and diverse opportunity would require the successful candidate to manage a sales team and be a key part of the company's ruminant feed sector.
Key elements of the role: Recruitment, Training, Development and Motivation of the sales team. Devising and Achieving budget for margin and volume. Commercial decision making for the near and long term.
The successful candidate:
- Applicants who can demonstrate success in sales management will be of significant interest. However, those who aspire to sales management following a successful career in sales are actively encouraged to apply.
- Good nutritional ruminant knowledge.
- Will have presence.
- Will have business acumen.
- Will be a motivator and inspiring to others.
- Will have a valid UK driving licence.
The rewards will be negotiable and will be commensurate with the seniority of this important position.
