Feed Technical Sales – Midlands/Hybrid - HP086

Our client, a well-established feed company, is seeking a Ruminant Technical Salesperson to assist with formulation and provide nutritional advice to key customers.

This role has arisen as part of succession planning, offering the right candidate the opportunity to lead the sales team—either immediately or in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical – A strong understanding of ruminant nutrition is essential. You will be responsible for formulating blends, offering nutritional advice and support to customers, and assisting the feed sales team with training where required.

Commercial – You will set pricing, manage key accounts, and oversee your own ledger, working closely with the Commercial Director on the wider sales strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional with commercial acumen to make a real impact within a forward-thinking organisation.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in the feed sector
