De Lacy Executive have been appointed to recruit a Stock Person on a wean to finish pig unit in Suffolk. Our client has an outstanding reputation within the pork industry for animal welfare and quality production.
The ideal candidate will be a committed and practically minded individual with knowledge of livestock and their welfare. Previous experience of pig husbandry is an advantage, but not essential as training will be offered. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to work in the livestock sector within a well-established business recognised for high employee fulfillment.
- Knowledge of livestock husbandry and welfare
- Previous experience working with pigs is preferred, but not essential
- The ability to work in a small team
- Computer literate
- Ability to accurately collect and record data
- Committed, hardworking and flexible
