• Advising on crop protection, rotations, variety selection, cultivation techniques and nutrient management
• Building and managing your own portfolio of farmer clients while developing new relationships
• Forecasting cropping plans to support supply and seasonal planning
• Ensuring recommendations comply with environmental guidelines, label instructions, and regulatory approvals
• Maintaining accurate digital records using industry software such as GateKeeper
• Supporting timely deliveries by working closely with logistics teams
• Engaging with credit control to ensure prompt payments and maintain account health
• Contributing to a collaborative, farmer-focused team culture
What You’ll Bring
• BASIS-qualified (FACTS certification highly desirable)
• A solid understanding of UK arable farming

• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to winning and retaining business
• Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with wider teams
• Well-organised with a commitment to keeping up-to-date records and meeting CPD requirements
Why Join?
• Work with a business where agronomy comes first, not sales targets
• Excellent base salary, performance-related bonuses, and real earning potential
• Clear progression opportunities, strong technical support, and continuous development
• Enjoy the freedom to manage your area, your clients, and your time
• Join a company that farmers respect and return to season after season
