The business is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Agri Desk Sales Manager to spearhead the creation and management of a new internal sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales strategies. This is a pivotal position that requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and lead a new internal sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets, focusing on both new and existing clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored feed solutions.

• Implement clear performance goals for the internal sales team, regularly monitor progress, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.

• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management.

About You:

• Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the agricultural or feed industry.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and drive a sales team to achieve targets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• In-depth understanding of the agricultural sector and feed products.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
