    Think about the explanation you will give about why you are applying for the vacancy.

    Think about what you have to offer the organisation in terms of your qualifications, your experience and your personality.

    Prepare an honest but succinct explanation for any gaps in your CV.

    Be prepared to discuss your previous employment and why you left - try not to bge negative about previous employers!
