As the business has grown he has recruited staff into the business, all of whom have a strong life-long connection with the agricultural sector. We will never send your CV or personal details out to a potential employee without your express permission. We will not 'anonymise' (your CV with the name and address removed) your CV and bombard senior managers with your details. 'anonymised' CVs can very easily be identified and it might happen that your CV ends up on your boss's desk, causing embarrassment and harm to your career prospects.
We will give sensible, quality advice about what steps to take to improve your chances in progressing in your career. We will give you realistic expectations of your prospects. If we don't have suitable vacancies or openings for you at the time of your registration or enquiry we will keep you on our database and will inform you by email or text when suitable vacancies arise in the future.
