Grace Nugent; Managing Director
Grace joined the De Lacy Executive Recruitment team in 2011. She has worked her way up through the company and now manages the recruitment team, whilst still dealing with key clients. Grace is a farmer's daughter, giving her a strong understanding of the agricultural sector. The home farm is a mixed arable and sheep farm in Worcestershire in which she takes a very practical interest. She has worked in New Zealand where she was in charge of running two stations. She graduated with a degree in Agricultural Business Management.
She thoroughly enjoys travelling, reading and the rural way of life.

Jon Handley; Recruitment Team Manager
Coming from a teaching background as Head of Geography in secondary education, Jon took a change of direction to transfer his experience into contributing towards De Lacy Executive Recruitment's growth.
Having first cut his teeth as a Recruitment Consultant, Jon then focused on growing the company's agricultural machinery, wine/viticultural and international portfolios before taking on a Team Lead role.
With family roots in rural Leicestershire, Jon has since married into a sheep and arable farming family. He is passionate about rugby, travel and being broken by his young son.

Lauren Holloway; Key Account Consultant
Lauren grew up in Worcestershire with a passion for the Countryside, Agriculture and Equestrian pursuits. Lauren completed her MRes in Equestrian Performance and BSc (Hons) Equestrian Sports Science at Hartpury College. Prior to joining the team here at De Lacy Executive Recruitment she has worked as the Therapy and Rehabilitation manager for a well known Equestrian Centre in Gloucestershire.
Lauren enjoys countryside sports and is particularly interested in showing her horses, photography and agriculture shows and walking her terrier Hollie,

Alex Wheeler; Key Account Consultant
Alex's passion certainly lies within the livestock sector. Despite not coming from a farming background, she has stuck her teeth into the Agriculture industry and spanned her time from on farm positions through to genetics and even lecturing, before joining us back at de lacy executive. Alex's experience has allowed her to recognise the attributes needed for a wide variety of roles, along with her true calling toward supporting people achieving their career goals.
In her spare time, Alex is an avid beef and sheep enthusiastic with success herself on the show circuit, along with running her own flock of pedigree sheep.

Harry Porter; Recruitment Consultant
Harry grew up on a smallholding in Shropshire where he gained an appreciation for the countryside and a passion for poultry. Prior to becoming a Recruitment Consultant, Harry spent five years working in Marketing within the bio-medical engineering sector. He was keen to work in agriculture as its an industry he’s interested in and has friends and family who are involved in farming.
When not at work, Harry enjoys reading, travelling and watching football.

Edward Clift; Data and Accounts Manager
Edward comes from a strong farming background, spanning three generations in the Worcestershire and Herefordshire borders.
After graduating with a degree in Analytical Sciences, he went on to enjoy a career in hospitality where he has worked with local producers and suppliers, eventually managing his own bakery business. He has now returned to his roots in the agricultural industry, joining the De Lacy Executive Recruitment team in 2023.
