We offer a redundancy service to employers and candidates in the form of career counselling and outplacement
De Lacy Executive has significant experience in working with businesses both during and after a restructuring process which may involve reallocation of duties and responsibilities and ultimately redundanct roles. Our knowledge of the agricultural supply industry is particularly helpful to candidates in understanding their career skills and how they may be applied to other employment sectors.
This is how we help:
- Independent assessment of employees for a reduced number of roles following restructuring. This may include independent skill and psychometric tests to ensure impartiality.
- Career counselling and planning for those whose roles have been made redundant on a 'one-to-one' basis or on a group basis, whatever is the most appropriate. This involves identifying skills, designing CV's, identifying sources of alternative jobs and applying for them and preparing for interviews. The depth of the course can be adjusted to suit.
- Outplacement - designing and implementing a 'back-to-work' plan for those who have been made redundant
