DESCRIPTION:
Our clients unique approach to soil and fertility management has enabled the Company to build an excellent reputation for delivering quality agronomic systems that consistently improve customer profitability.
They have a tremendous opportunity to grow and expand their existing advisory and sales network in the UK and Ireland.
This is an opportunity to establish yourself in a key position of influence in a growing Company that in the preceding 25 years has successfully pioneered and proven the economic and environmental benefits of its unique approach to integrated soil and crop management.
You will be looking for an opportunity to take on wider responsibilities and will welcome the prospect of doing so in a company that is very successfully carving a niche in mainstream agriculture/horticulture with its more imaginative approach that, in some aspects, challenges conventional thinking/practice.
The Opportunity
Increase the companies business for its advisory services and specialised products
Support and manage existing customers and re-sellers
Increase the Company awareness in its industry sectors
Work with the other members of the management team to identify, implement and review strategic initiatives for growth.
The Person
An outstanding results driven individual with a proven background in the advisory sector of agriculture, horticulture.
Excellent communication skills combined with first-rate planning/organisational abilities
A real interest in innovative thinking and practice.
You will have a hands on agronomy ability (BASIS/FACTS) and ideally with experience of high value cropping
REMUNERATION:
Salary £25 - 37k + car
LOCATION:
Home based.
