DESCRIPTION:
Our client is a significant player in the competitive and specialised red meat processing market of the food sector. Through tough financial management and stringent attention to the highest levels of service to its customers it is seeking to grow market share in the UK and abroad. It has ambitious plans for further development. To fulfil them it seeks to appoint a key person with enthusiasm and a passion for and a thorough knowledge of the industry to fill an important sales job in the retail sales sector.
SUPERMARKET ACCOUNT MANAGER
This is a role for an enthusiastic and innovative person. A key responsibility will be to maintain and increase the awareness of the company’s products to its principal supermarket customer and also to increase that customer’s confidence in the quality, the service and the unique brand image of the products in order to continue sales growth.
The successful candidate will be able to build long term business relationships within the customer’s retail store managers and buying teams and to develop a deep knowledge of the customer’s business, identify and then exploit opportunities for margin and volume growth of red meaty sales.
REMUNERATION:
A competitive remuneration package will be offered, contributory pension, car allowance and, if appropriate a relocation package.
