Our well respected and well known branded client company seeks an enthusiastic professional for the role of Sales Director. This new role has been created to meet the growth demands of the business coupled with the forthcoming retirement of a senior sales manager and the departure of the Export Manager.
The company is a UK subsidiary of a US business quoted on NASDAQ and will grow organically and by acquisition
Established, reputable, market leading and growing SME, based in the East Midlands with a premium product and professional integrity.
Business covers the European Agricultural Electric Fencing, Security Electric Fencing and Automatic Gate Opener markets
Objective:
Initially to develop and grow the existing Irish and mainland EU markets, together with the Automatic Gate Opener business. At the same time to integrate into the UK sales operation.
To support the development of existing and new product ranges.
Requirements:
Must have wide ranging sales experience within the Agricultural sector from distributors to dealers and account management, but also may have experience in other sectors as well.
Should have ‘hands on’ as well as more strategic capabilities. Experience of export markets (EU) is required and the experience of selling via distributors.
Flexibility and ‘can do’ attitude appreciated
Additional languages, although not mandatory, would be of benefit.
The role reports to the UK Managing Director
REMUNERATION:

LOCATION:
