TECHNICAL SALES - COMPANION ANIMAL NUTRITION
DESCRIPTION:
Our client has developed an enviable reputation for animal nutrition in Europe and the Americas. The company is now seeking a technical sales person to manage the UK and Eire in terms of technical nutritional product sales into manufacturers of companion animal feeds for dogs, cats, horses and exotic species etc
Commercial and sales experience of either equestrian or the pet sector is required but both would be preferred.
Previous experience in sales and experience of nutritional products in the companion animal sector are important for success and the ability to sell to technical and marketing managers in manufacturing businesses would be essential.
The role is open to people from a commercial, technical sales or
Research & Development background in the sector.
Successful candidates will be of graduate calibre in a related science discipline and probably be post graduates to be credible in this highly technical sector.
REMUNERATION:
Remuneration would be agreed by negotiation and would certainly not be the limiting factor for the person with the right experience and contacts.
The scope of the role is as much as the successful candidate can make of it.
LOCATION:
The job is home based and would involve travel throughout the UK and Ireland and some travel to other countries including the USA.
