Some general pointers for success include:
- Research the organisation and be prepared to answer questions on it.
- Read as much as you can about the vacancy so you can demonstrate your relevant experience and skills at the interview
- Think about the explanation you will give about why you are applying for the vacancy.
- Think about what you have to offer the organisation in terms of your qualifications, your experience and your personality.
- Prepare an honest but succinct explanation for any gaps in your CV.
- Be prepared to discuss your previous employment and why you left - try not to bge negative about previous employers!
