Not an agency

We are a consultancy not an agency, so we do not simply circulate CVs. Instead we add value through sourcing the very best candidates available and providing advice on the selection process and the suitability of candidates. We act as ambassadors for our clients.

Proactive

We play an active and advisory role throughout the whole search and selection process up to and including the offer stage. We will not "sell" inappropriate candidates to clients nor will we inundate clients with inappropriate CVs. We interview and provide succinct reports on all appropriate candidates with the "pros and cons" of their candidacy plus candidate feedback after client interviews. We will manage the negotiation phase and continue to oversee and manage the process to resignation and ultimately to the first day of employment.

Method

We have three principal methods of identifying candidates: firstly we start with a search of our own 30,000 strong database of candidates; secondly we implement an executive search (“head hunt”); and finally we complement both of these, as required, with internet advertising, via our website and a network of internet sites which we have built up over the years, and, possibly, press advertising campaigns.

Confidentiality

Where the utmost business confidentiality and discretion is required we excel - we source and select candidates without a whisper in the market place. We operate with integrity.

Fees

Our fees are based upon an agreed percentage of the candidate’s starting salary. We recognise the challenge of appointing the right person and so we offer a refund scale should a candidate prove unsatisfactory. We do not charge for incidental costs (e.g. travelling, subsistence) incurred in the course of the search. We supply a contract of engagement so that you know exactly what to expect from us.
